Labeling Group Numbers

When the action groups are obtained and come out as numerical values from the "Identify and tweak clusters" step (for example, let's say I got 30 different possible groups), how do you label those action group numbers (1-30) to the actual actions themselves, for example saying that group 1 associates with the "pause" action?
