Add a button to the manual to take you to the GH repo for that language and correct branch (monthly/beta and LTS).

Optional: take you to the file that you are reading

Also: Ensure this button and the Report a Bug button are added to localised versions of the manual

For QA: please test that this:

  1. works with all languages
  2. works with lts, monthly and beta manuals
  3. works for the online and offline manual (it will only work offline when hosted with a webserver, opening an htm file directly will not work)
