plz help my nds files won't load

My nds games won't load after resetting many times and also reinstalling the whole thing and still have the same problem
i followed this tutorial and a video showing my problem

sometimes this is caused by incorrect dsi firmware
try finding twlfix in universal updater or getting here: https://github.com/MechanicalDragon0687/TWLFix-CFW/releases
You'll need to then run it from the homebrew menu
After it has been run, perform a system update and see if the issue persists
