Is it possible to implement function to set a picture with transparent background on top of Mica theme?
And add a picture alignment function. Alignments BG: left, right, top, bottom borders

You could make a new issue with the feature request template. They are more active there than here, at discussions

You still could make the issue. The harder part tho would be to check if the image is a transparent png or not. It can have two menus, one for this type of icons and one for the actual background of the app. This is a little inconvenient though. It would make the app a little more complicated than easy to use. You should wait for 2.3.0.0, it brings even more features, and this one can be just planned (natsurainko can code a way to check the image until 2.3.1.0 I guess; I think I'll even lookup on google to find a way as well). I still recommend to file an issue with this feature
