What would you like to be added:
I would like for the health checks discovered when running the health checks UI page on Kubernetes to be grouped by namespace. This issue seems to be related to issues #809 and #788.

Why is this needed:
In our production environment we have multiple pods running in a lot of different namespaces of which we want to display the health check information. By allowing the health checks to be grouped per namespace the UI page becomse a lot more manageable.
