Describe the bug
At the moment, the UI is hardly usable at all on a tablet as UI elements are way too big.

To Reproduce

  1. Open the application on a tablet.
  2. Be amazed at how not optimized the whole application is for the tablet.

Expected behavior
The application works on the tablet just as well as on any other device.

  • Browser: Chrome
  • Version ?

Additional context
It would be great if all actions would just work, elements could be dragged by touch and the UI would be DPI adjusted.
