同一个 IP，不同运营商可用性不一样，那显然不是 IP 本身的问题，而是运营商方面的问题，这种情况估计是你那边电信屏蔽阻断了这个 IP，或者阻断了你用的域名（和污染无关，污染指的是 DNS） |

如果确定是运营商干的，如果封的是 IP，那么无解，如果封的是域名，那么换个域名试试，还不行我也没办法，毕竟我对这种代理套 CDN 的没用过不太熟。 |

如题，纯小白，我用的5G随身wifi，内置宁波电信跟宁波移动两张卡，结果用电信的时候就会出现这种情况，但是用移动的时候就不会出现这种情况，是因为电信把ip污染了吗
