Add seatd/libseat support

Describe the feature

As fas as i know, logind support for X11 was introduced to allow it function properly rootless. In wlroots libseat serves this purpose and it works with both logind and its own seatd as backend. Are there any plans to support libseat in xlibre?

It should be implemented because

there is already logind support. Seatd provides systemd-free alternative for seat management. Libseat also supports logind daemon alongside its own seatd

As a point of reference, I currently run X as my login user without issue. X here does not have the ability to escalate privilege, nor do I intend to allow it that ability. All code running with root privilege here was compiled from source that I personally understand in reasonable depth, with the exception of the kernel. SUID and "capabilities" are restricted to a limited set of smaller well tested apps, like mount, or su.

I found a patch for Xlibre libseat support on the XLibre mailing list: [xlibre] Xlibre libseat support - xlibre - FreeLists

This may be a good starting point.

As discussed with the Devuan devs at their #devuan-dev IRC room on Aug 25, 2025 regarding the consideration of the XLibre packages for Devuan at xlibre-deb/devuan: Devuan repository for XLibre (unofficial) :

Devuan already has a patch for xorg to remove the libsystemd dependency and use libseat for rootless startx
However, if that patch were included upstream, it might be more interesting.
I ported it a few weeks ago, but have never got around to testing beyond compilation.

There is no reason to think it should work as it does in xorg. So if you are able to merge it upstream that would solve issues/202.

Sorry, I'm slightly confused here. Do you use Devuan's Xorg or logind or something else?
