first one on KDE Neon ! It is the Ubuntu Icons (from the Ubuntu desktop package) with Ubuntu Cursor, Breeze Dark Color, Latyan Theme, touhou cirno wallpaper. 
here is vm updated to plasma 6.6 beta :)

I never heard of CuerdOS ! What is that Distro all about ? Why do use Marco instead of Mutter ? Isn't Mate a GNOME Fork who use Mutter ? |

Well it worked lol that is a stunning looking desktop while in floating mode. Pretty cool idea too. Gives the programs slightly more real estate. I might incorporate that in our window manager... I assume the 1-9 in the upper-left are your various desktops? It also doesn't look like you have any supervisor in that window manager (e.g. a menuing system for navigation like the 'Start' menu or wbar). How do you start programs? |

Precisely, I usually don't use them all tho.
I use a hotkey for my application launcher. Right now I'm using dmenu, but I might switch to rofi for the looks, then I just type the name and it opens. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. It really feeds on my narcissistic side to talk about my own computer LOL. |

lol So basically the meta key exposes a run-type dialog to type in the command to run. I looked at some screen shots of dmenu and rofi to get some ideas. That's an interesting design for sure. Absolutely keeps the desktop clean. Again, things I'll add to our window manager. These are negligible in size to incorporate, just would require the effort to add them... Thanks for the info @LuskaFLL Any other tidbits that are interesting about your setup? |

My most recent addition was a secret transparent polybar session that serves to show whenever my DualShock ps4 controller is connected and its battery percentage, I made it this way because I don't always have the controller connected and I didn't want to break symmetry with empty space. I used dsbattery and their polybar module, though I think I'll add further functionality like general bluetooth connection or smth in the future, right now it seems wasteful when it only really servers one purpose. There are probably better ways to do what I did here though, like a slider that shows up with connection or mouse hover, but I wasn't in the mood to search it up. Btw, I'm curious, if you're making you're own WM what is it about? And how can I look it up? |

As every "rapper" can attest (and has), that's context and subject dependent. The listener is the subject, so this may say more about the listener than the speaker... which was my point: It tells you something about yourself. (FYI: Not that it's germane, but I had not seen the word you referenced when I wrote that. After your comment, I looked more closely) I am not a slave. Moving this over here as requested: 
KDE on X11Libre on Arch on a 1st-gen Framework 13. That said, while I'm not currently running Gentoo on anything, I'm still maintaining an overlay that I've had available for years. (This makes that possible, and "maintenance" mainly involves updating and testing ebuilds when new versions are released.) I still have a Larry the Cow sticker on the lid, too. :) I tried getting Artix up and running on it a little while back to get rid of systemd, but there was something not running quite right that sent me back to Arch. |

Did this a while ago and forgot to share here! I made an installer for steam os even in my github. In the background i showed off my atomic conf edits to preserve the changes that xlibre has on steamdeck. |

Compiling on anything is definitely more work. Package managers should take that all away so that you just install whatever you like with a click or single command. |

I agree, when the list of items to complete just to compile software starts to approach a book, it definitely makes me reconsider my choice to compile lol And some compiling systems require a ton of dependencies, etc. I definitely prefer the package management route. I'm not familiar with Gentoo. I've basically been on Debian or some fork for decades now. Back in the day I did try Slackware for a bit though. I don't even think it's being actively worked on any more. Also looked at Suse for a very brief time, but I can't even remember much of that one. |

Liberated on Alpine again but i spent way longer porting all of the packages which took a few days, but this time will share APKBUILD sources/binary prebuilts for x86_64 soon on https://github.com/xlibre-alpine (and after this will liberate Chimera soon) |

An MSI motherboard of some sort. At home, I have a board that shows up in fastfetch as an "MS-7C37," for which a search says it's an MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus. (I probably should post a screenshot from it, now that it's running X11Libre...held back a bit on account of it using the NVIDIA binary-blob driver. I already put up a screenshot from my Framework 13...look for Gentoo and Arch logos on the same screen. :) ) "MS-7D16" comes back as an MSI H510i Pro WiFi. |

Finding them is one thing, which is why i have them grouped by category, but I always remember what they're called because i either name them something really stupid or I simply access them a lot. Also I can't stand an empty desktop. For me, if my desktop is empty, it means I am being useless, it means I am doing nothing. That doesn't apply to everyone of course, I only feel that way about my own PC. I like to tinker, program, play with VMs, all sorts of stuff. I do run into situations, there are nested folders, but I solve the problem of finding stuff using Nemo file search which is a billion times better and faster than Windows file search. Most of the stuff I need to access is Minecraft B1.7.3 source files anyway, which is why I have so many RetroMCP folders. I run a custom b1.7.3 SMP with plugins with a custom client. I worked for months on it and I maintain it myself Enough about my antics tho, I also noticed that XLibre fixed screen captures from flickering a crap ton. I never thought that would be fixed tbh, if thats fixed then i can imagine the PLETHORA of other things also fixed with XLibre. I really really love XLibre, not just cuz it doesn't condemn me for being conservative, but because it is actually good software. I will highly highly recommend XLibre to whomever uses Linux whenever I can. |
