First version of new AEZs based on administrative boundaries

Idea is to define, based on the pixel-based crop calendars, for each AEZ the 2-3 generic growing seasons, irrespective of crop types

@MolettoLobos Would be interesting to already have this base layer of the AEZ stored somewhere centrally for the consortium.
Could you add it to our mount on Terrascope? --> /vitodata/worldcereal/data/AEZ/Phase_II/
along with some documentation on the origin of the dataset?
