Phase I introduced the active cropland marker based on a simple growing season detection algorithm, based on which active pixels were identified. We need to translate this workflow into OpenEO-GFMAP so it can become part of the new WorldCereal system. In that process, we might also need to revise some thresholds/definitions/etc.

methodology is still being developed, so not working on this for now
