Update mask statistics for corrected mask strategy #123

The long parquet file that was used for training so far was generated with slightly wrong and "optimistic" masking strategy (something to do with erosion 🙈).

Now the file has been regenerated.

We need to compare:

how the existing mask ratios changed
how that affected metrics for default cropland model
how that affected metrics for default croptype model

Here's how mean and median ratios changed:

	old mask	updated mask
mean	0.075	0.132
median	0	0.083

And here's the ratio change by county:
