Update Primary Buttons to use the new Brand Action tokens.

Success Criteria

• Canvas Kit is using the most up to date version of the Canvas web tokens package with the new Brand Action tokens
• Primary Buttons utilizes the new Brand Action tokens instead of the standard Brand tokens
• Focus Ring for Primary Buttons utilizes a system token
