CC @brandonpayton this seems to reliably reproduce memory access out of bounds. Also FYI @bph

Yes, it has been reported before in #2138

It might be connected to the repeat CORS issue downloading 47 images, reported in the browser console before the out of memory error...

Then the next import failed with memory access out of bounds message.

@bph @adamziel This is on my radar, but I haven't had a chance to look yet.

It may be fixed by PR #2165 based on previous testing with #2138, but I need to look into the CI failures for that PR. Hopefully, that can happen yet this week.
