Events: Pin visitors country to top of filter

At present, the country dropdown is simply alphabeticalised.

It's likely that most people would simply want to filter to their own country, as a result, the dropdown could make that easier by simply duplicating the visitors country to the start of the list. Alternatively a search filter might be a better option.
