download attribute for anchor element.

this attribute will help to force the anchor link to image resource is downloaded instead of opening in the current/new tab.

Currently the anchor/link tag to image tag opens the image in the browser. To download the image, user has to use browser command like 'save image' or copy and paste into his favorite editor application.

A download attribute to anchor will help the user download straightaway. This can be particularly useful when you want to save hi resolution image files.

In the Link dialog, a new checkbox to 'force download' may be added.
