In Global Styles, the user does not have an easy way to know which blocks have global styles modified.
@mtias suggesting adding a blue icon when there are user changes would be a good enhancement.

I guess this task should be done right after the new design is implemented.

+1 – maybe even for every block which changes default values? Here an example for the Query Block, where I suggested the blue dot, too: #25198 (comment)
