Bugsnag to Sentry migration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The template is configured to generate apps with Bugsnag for error reporting. We recently switched to Sentry, so we should update the template to generate the apps with Sentry.

Describe the solution you'd like
I see two possible options here:

1. We replace the Bugsnag setup with Sentry
2. We keep both in the template and implement logic to allow for the selection of the desired error-reporting service.
