Copy review

Because I've apparently been doing admin work for too long, I forgot that you need a commit of some kind in the repo before you can push a branch to open a PR.

All this copy needs a review.

In particular, I'm concerned the profile/README is too long. Perhaps it should be severely truncated with a link to "read more in the admin repo" or something to that effect

We reviewed the copy in the meeting today, and it all looks good.

We might still want to leave this issue open for a bit, to make sure anyone who didn't join the call has a chance to review.
