Feature request: Compare directory - "Copy newer to older" / "Move newer to older"

Using 2.16.44.0
Please add option "Copy newer to older" / "Move newer to older"
I know that I can use "Copy right to left" or "Copy left to right" but I do not want to compare them manually and take decision.
Just want to get new version on both sides.

And sometimes when I select few files some newer files are on left and some on right.
Thus I can't select them all and simple copy/move them to left or right side, as it depends on modification time.
