Mark line item(s) as ignore when using file/folder comparison (enhancement)

After file management is performed on two different drives, such as the current and backup disks (one preserved on both drives, the other files are deleted from the current disk (not the backup). When I'm using it to compare files/folders (or files) on two drives I would like to label or mark line item(s) (top folder or subfolder) as ignored because one or more of these are deleted from the current disk. This differs from the hidden item(s) because it won't display in the compare window viewer.
