I am having the similar issue as #2510 Second monitor - BIG title bar.
On my case I use a notebook and am extra monitor. In windows 11 the top of the second monitor is placed higher that the top of the notebook screen.
The TITLE BAR height extends from the top of extra monitor to the height of first line of notebook monitor.
I tried to use the updated executable fix at #2510.

THE VIRUS PROBLEM:
I am sorry to report that I got Virus Alert on using the temporary fix link on #2510 (updated executable reflecting this fix from the link below.).
The used second link: https://github.com/WinMerge/winmerge/actions/runs/11612459292/artifacts/2128254125 (CAUTION). I did not test the first link.

The binaries in Actions were built automatically by CI, but they do not have a code signing certificate, so they may be falsely detected.

We released version 2.16.45.0 Beta yesterday, which includes a code signing certificate. No problems were reported on virustotal.com for the following 64-bit WinMerge installer.
