  1. Add deployable lock script in which token creators can optionally lock their issued tokens & can be unlocked in exchange for a set CKByte rate.

  2. Add a Keyper LockScript definition to keyper-web-wallet to enable usage within the dapp

  3. Provide a UI listing of tokens available for exchange, as well as their rates and other metadata like total supply
