What is happening?

The survey navbar is not responsive for mobile and tablet.
It gets hidden partially in mobile while hidden completely in tablet.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Preview or Attempt any survey
  2. Check for Responsiveness

Expected behavior

The survey navbar should be clearly visible.

Additional Questions

I don't think it's an intended behaviour for tablet view. Is it so?
