[BUG]: Conditional Questions still persisting even when answers change and are no longer selected

What is happening?

While solving #6208, I observed when a survey contains conditional questions tied to different options, changing selections would cause previously shown conditional questions to remain visible. For example, if a user selected option A, saw its conditional question, then went back and changed to option B, both conditional questions would appear in the survey flow.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Surveys
2. Create a Survey with Multiple Conditional Questions tied to different options of the Parent Question
3. Observe the issue

Expected behavior

The previously matching conditional question which is no longer selected should not be visible anymore.
