1、目前shell来执行datax的话，需要先写好json文件放在服务中，然后在shell中调整想

想法：
看任务表中目前已经有glue_source和job_json字段了，可以在添加shell任务时同时添加json文件，在shell中固定一个参数来替换动态生成的json文件，或使用参数划使用json文件，任务运行时将json文件路径当成参数传进去，可以最大化的提实时同步的需求，且cron表达示可改为非必填
