坐标宜春， 去年协商过程，因为看到恒大近期交付质量差， 而我们的房子已经封顶， 再联想到恒大肯定没钱了担心精装质量差， 于是有人在群里面提出毛坯交付，希望通过毛坯交付实现更快的交房装修款以车位等形势补贴。 结果住建局听了以后就开始以补偿方案迟迟没有确定以及业主意见不一等理由推脱， 项目进展已经严重落后交付日期相同的其他楼栋。大家有遇到这样的情况吗？
