User Story

As an experiment designer, I want to be able to build templates to speed up the process of specifying many conditions.

Feature description

Templates are an entity that encapsulates stages, or sequences of stages. They need to be created.

What would this feature enable?

Build more complicated experiments for all users, not just YAML editors/developers.

Priority

Convenience for researchers
