Not sure what this should look like. What we have on common sense seems ok, but perhaps we should think about something that can be a bit more targeted at some point.

Thinking more about this:

  1. we should have a link to the project since this is technical user-facing
  2. feedback, for now, should be a visual priority, e.g., "Leave feedback to help us improve!" somewhere visible to users, perhaps next to the GitHub link.
