Aggregating the features into response for the front-end

Given a list of features selected by user for their project, we should be able to build a pipeline that retrieves that response and store it in the database for each paper/article within that project.

We may have different interfaces for retrieving a response such as GPT or Emailing an expert. This also means a unified interface for the aggregation function.
