Apparently confusing version on crate.

Some commit references version 1.28.2 while the last official version we can find here is 1.25.2. Is this just intended?

This is just because it seems that the DNS problem is solved here f6dae1c but despite it's supposedly on version 1.25.2, the date of the crate last version and the date of the commit upload are not the same
