Library and utilities to manipulate ananOS databases

- adb-show: POSIX CLI app to inspect an ananOS database
- adb-merge: POSIX CLI app to merge two ananOS databases together
- adb-write-data: POSIX CLI app to write a date in a database (useful to test writes)
Various utilities to convert from common file formats will probably be added in the future too.
