This example displays the v1 legacy version, that is being shut down this month, or am I wrong?

I expected an up-to-date v2 version.

Yes must update, but always remained 1.0 examples

if not updated, please remove (or add a warning that it is outdated, and shouldn't be used. newer wallets simply ignore the canned QR, with no error)
