Currently only /irclist shows who's in IRC. It'd be nice to have the ability to show a list of whoever is in IRC, maybe with a grey nametag if they're away, and if they're ingame don't show a duplicate.

Due to changes in 1.8, this might now be impossible.

What might prevent this? Tab protocol hasn't changed.
