but mostly I am getting indent errors

Hi Jeff,

Numba package should have been installed during conda environment creation, but if that didnt happen correctly, you can install it manually by running of these two commands in terminal while deepmod2 environment is activated:

pip install numba

or

conda install numba

I finally got it working on the laptop. I think that the issue was I closed a window and needed to type in : conda activate deepmod2 is there an equivalent command for my pc /linux, which seems to have the same issue after an update? Just got it working again.
