Describe the bug
After a reboot couchpotato does not start due to removal of /opt/etc/init.d/S90CouchPotato file

Thanks for looking up the root cause.
It was removing the init.d file as I didn't want it to reappear on when intentionally disabled, however this also messes with the enabled state.
