Create new profile cause new sign-in always use newly created profile #20

As title, the default profile will not be used, if new profile is created.
And user cannot delete the new profile.

I saw there's a LastProfile config in https://github.com/VoxelBoy/MobileUO/blob/master/Assets/Resources/Assistant/Config.xml
But I think this is only a template. Not sure where need to be changed.

BTW, I am willing to contribute to this repo.
If anyone know where's the related file, I can make a PR to address this issue.

(Maybe also add a button to delete unwanted profile)
