After upgrade chrome to version 91.0.4472.77, I got an compile error. How to fix this error? thanks!

Error: Could not compile shader: ERROR: 0:3: '#' : invalid character ERROR: 0:3: '?' : syntax error

Please could you share the report from chrome://gpu?

I'm running chrome v91.0.4472.101 without issue so maybe could you also try to upgrade it just in case.
