希望支持屏蔽或者过滤某些文件上传
支持在某个文件夹上传可以屏蔽某些敏感文件
-需求目的：
特别是某些网盘不支持某些扩展名情况下可以预先屏蔽
某些文件夹下可能会有敏感信息例如缓存或密码
