Should be possible as long as you follow the spec of Obsidian.

I want to be able to set it in the plug-in, so that I can speed up my work and do not need to manually set the ID in this format

I want similar: change ID from uuid to human-readable

For example - I want human-readable id. It will create from note title. Then it store in frontmatter and will no change when I move/rename the note.

I can make a PR for human-readable ID, but don't know about powerfull templates.
