It would be great to have a chapter on the problem of double / multiple evaluation in macros (and how to avoid it).
My very first macro is the Rust version of the infamous MAX from the C world.

It would be nice if Rust wouldn't allow this or at least show a warning... but I guess this is not the proper place for this discussion.
