Improve resource page - dashboard

It should be fairly easy to add new visualizations to the resource pages, similar to the ones in http://portal.vertnet.org/stats, that might show trends in data usage for each individual resource... Would it be something worth considering?

I think is is worth considering, but don't have a good feel for priority.
