video quality listings arnt actually the top quality even when fed the right parameters

in this version and later forks i cant find a way to ix this issue so ill post my evaluation here.

well with the first anime i tried, plastic memmories the quality on each vid isnt 1920x1080 on every one so when i run it after it hits the first video below 1920x1080 it then starts defaulting to the lower quality version for subsequent eps
