First, praise: This addon is already incredible, I bought Horizons of the Vast (for starfinder) forever ago, and i've never been so glad I waited to run it, this is going to be perfect for it.
To the actual request, incoming wall of text--if you're not into that, feel free to just close this, no offense will be taken. What I would like to see is the ability to have multiple configurations. I imagine looking at what is here, this could work in a couple of ways, it could either be a dropdown that effectively filters for "checked boxes" which would just be one more tab on the sheet, listing them with a text input for a friendly readable name, but then the effect would be for the DM/GM to make a sheet, choose from the dropdown, and only that configurations properties would be visible on that settlement.
Functionally, it would allow you to have different types, while technically, it would only need to filter/hide items not in the config. I do code for a living, but I know very little about foundry or module development so if this is way out of the question, no problem. I can absolutely use this as-is for a number of things in my game, but this feature would dial it to 11 and make this a forever must-have.
The uses I would have, if context helps is, in one D&D game, my players own a Tavern (its Waterdeep: Dragon Heist). "Buildings" would be the various staff and amenities their tavern has netted them, i have a whole homebrew thing for it but for your purposes and not having to read me rambling, that's one way i'd use it. Tracking how Various Staff, Amenities, and Purchases or unique things they find (like a recipe book in the world that Waterdeep's not had, its something that gives them, say a boost to uniqueness and food quality; assuming those were properties).
But in another game, and indeed, system, Starfinder, It would be as intended. Settlements. Each one having the 6 stats that that module provides for them.
In another game, I have a world where the players are coming off of beating a BBEG, and basically ascending to be the gods of their own setting. So everything is player built and this is where the configs come in. Being able to have multiple "types" of these in one place where they can track and grow would be really helpful. One "settlement" is a town, which has different properties i'd want shown than a "business" which might have different properties than a "faction" but the ability to add a simple dropdown-based configuration to each one would be awesome. its a long shot, but never hurts to share.
Thanks for such a great and helpful addon, and if you like the idea, godspeed, if not, no hard feelings. o7
