Unclickable "force analysis of function" header anchor

Open a binary with max function analysis set to 1 (1ms) and go look for a function, you cant click the force analysis anchor anymore.

Only applies to linear view, going to graph view makes it clickable.

Ended up being that the keyword token type will stuff the value field with BNAnalysisWarningActionType. We just need to persist the value for the keyword from the Rust API, the value field was being cleared with the WARP render layer, which is off by default but I happened to have it on.
