user must be signed in to use any chat tool, even the free one

per chatbase AI:

Prompt for Sign-In : If a user tries to access the chatbot without being signed in, you can prompt them with a message to log in or create an account. This can be done through a pop-up or a redirect to the login page.

i think we can move AI widget to the standard page wrapper

then, if someone clicks it, send them to /signup with a query param that provides text "Sign up or sign in to use Ladderly AI"
