next-forge looks a little too young to go all-in as of nov 8, notably including a prisma issue

but we can try it for the trial by fire and see how it goes!

the main questions will be on:

  1. overall stability and ease of use
  2. specific social auth ergonomics
  3. specific typesafety, troubleshooting, and ergonomics with data fetching given the trpc -> server action move

related, reddit seems to prefer trpc still

lovable + bolt + cursor > replit, next-forge

main path recommendation is Cursor Premium + ChatGPT premium + v0 as starter (free tier is fine I think. that one for trial by fire v3)

lovable and bolt get shoutouts but not main recommendation. bolt is cool for supabase integration, lovable for plaid and model integrations.
