Eddy script missing data

@AlexDo1 The Eddy notebook is missing the MKT3 data (at Fendt).

Additionally, the upload script is explicitly referencing specific timestamps for the exact files we got. This should be fixed, before we build an upload script for metacatalog loader examples

Yes, that script should be more generalized.
And we really need to put the data somewhere save (and maybe use git-annex).
