Mbio: consider a taxa-taxa correlation app

this is a placeholder ticket to keep track of thoughts as we discuss priority and min reqs, etc.

this feels like an obvious extension of the existing family of correlation apps. though, this one will be different in that itd use a more traditional network diagram than the bipartite one used up to now. there are also some interesting network metrics or supporting plots we could maybe consider including.
