Mbio: consider dissimilarity scatter plot for beta div app

this is a placeholder ticket to keep track of thoughts as we discuss priority and min reqs, etc.

the idea is to introduce a scatter plot to the beta div app w the dissimilarity scores on the yaxis. this means this viz would show different data to the dimensional reduction scatter in the same app, not just a different presentation of the same data. its worth considering how wed make this clear to users, or potentially breaking this into a separate app even.

its also possible for this viz wed want to make sure temporal variables are annotated as such, and consider and special features this scatter might need above our other scatter plots to better support longitudinal questions. i think i heard mention of having the yaxis represent the delta from the previous time point for ex.
